Learning is a permanent feature throughout all the stages of my life. When I left the corporate world, I had more than enough time to attend all the singing and acting (tv, film and theatre) workshops/ trainings I could afford. It contributed tremendously to the growth in my personal life and career. I was able to use my performance management skills to open doors of opportunity for myself to apply what I learned in those workshops. I created very specific action items in order for me to be able to fulfill my goal of appearing on mainstream tv and returning to the theatre stage. I made sure I was progressing towards my goal slowly but surely. In less than 6 months after I started my goal progress plan, I was finally able to appear on TV for the first time and have been doing so until the present when the opportunity comes along. This very same experience opened my eyes to the reality that anyone may strategically position oneself in order to achieve simple or seemingly impossible goals. It also became clear that not everyone who attends a workshop or training will have the opportunity to use what they have learned. I observed that a huge percentage of workshoppers or trainees reach a dead-end after the workshop or training program. It doesn't have to be this way, I know because I personally went through it. This idea of being able to strategize accordingly to reach a certain goal gave birth to Performance Unlimited.

What is Performance Unlimited?

Performance Unlimited is a program that will help discover and enhance talents and unleash potentials through our unique and practical strategic programs for the performing arts. There are many people who long to be part of or even excel in the performing arts but didn't have the opportunity to develop their passion or may have started to develop it but didn't have the platform to use what they have learned. While workshops and training programs equip the students with the necessary skills in order to become performers, Performance Unlimited goes beyond the regular workshop and training, into creating strategies in order to help a student take a step further towards their specific goals. It guarantees proper guidance and monitoring of the process employed in achieving the student's desired goal. The process is called the Goal Progress System.

Performance Unlimited partners with brilliant coaches in different fields of the performing arts to provide quality learning and development. It is not just about taking lessons but achieving goals in performances whether as a hobby or professionally. It will ensure specific outcomes according to the commitment and effort a student is willing to put in during the Goal Progress program.

Performance may indeed be Unlimited when an individual has removed the obstacles that would limit his or her potential. Opportunities will then follow naturally when an individual is focused and determined to execute all the necessary action items in order to accomplish a desired goal. And on top of it all, limits are eliminated when the individual has the humility to accept that he or she needs guidance and help. A solid collaboration between the coach, the coachee and the accountability partner/s equals Performance Unlimited.
